I have had trouble sleeping most of my life and cannot tolerate sleeping pills so I was at Taspens about 10 days ago and bought a tincture to take before bed. After taking it now for over a week I can say my sleep is really improved and I was pleasantly surprised (I am a skeptic). It does taste foul but well worth it.

Thanks JMC for the reply. I'm laughing as we speak becasue I agree with you, it doesn't taste good but atleast it works well. Tinctures really work amazingly well. The sleep tincture in particular doesn't taste good becasue of the valerain root. A lot of the other ones do taste better becasue they are tinctured in vegetable glycerin as opposed to alcohol. We are actually going to switch all of the alcohol tinctures to vegetable glycerin b.c of the taste factor. Have a great weekend!!
