Glad to see the pre-finished hardwood choice there.
It is actually far more stable than sand and finish and the finishes are hard as rocks.
Also a better choice for in floor radiant heat as opposed to sand and finish.
have to say i am not totally familiar with all of them - sand and finish because of allergies and the need for use of low volatile organic compounds for the finish
