Intro to Yoga and Meditation Intensive Class (5 hour ) for those of you who don't live in Bailey and/or prefer a more compact class; depending on participation this option could be continued at a monthly basis.
We will study yoga postures, yoga philosophy, mantras, mudras, meditation, ayurvedic lifestyle.
