We are here to help you get started the right way.
At Bailey Massage and Fitness, we are offering the New Year Fitness Festival.
Come in and learn and do different workouts and techniques safely.
This is for never-evers to elite athletes, and everyone in between. Learn about natural pain elimination techniques.
Get in a workout, get a taste of a workout class, get some tips on nutrition and what types of workouts you may like, or learn to love.
Don't be shy about this.
Taking care of yourself is the best investment you could ever make.
How good is all your money if you don't have your health.
We all have dreams or secret desires that we would like to do, but unfortunately cannot physically do. So, take advantage of this. You will be glad you did.
This is only for the first week in January of 2011.
Times that you may participate are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, starting at 4 PM.
This will run until 7 PM, but the last person admitted in will be at 6:15 PM.
What's the cost? Your motivation and desire to be better this year.
What to bring? Water, your workout shoes to change into, and wear comfortable clothes to workout in.
So be here on the 3rd, 4th, and the 6th and get the most out of it. Bring your family and friends.
