Worst experience ever. I usually like their service but today it was awful. I was trying to get a battery for a phone I had bought there and the clerk guy opened the box , left , came back 10 minutes later asked me if I figured out the battery problem then asked if if I closed the box. I had no idea what this was about . I waited another 5 minutes and then left. I shop a lot at Staples but that was it for me. I have had good if not great customer service in the past at Staples, but that bald ,arrogant jerk lost them my business for a long time.
