Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi Classes

Hi Everyone,

We just wanted to let everyone know about our yoga, pilates and tai chi clasess. We have an 8 week series on intro to Yoga and Medeitation starting Feb 9th on Wednesdays mornings from 9:30-10:30. This is going to be an excellent class for those who have always wanted to do yoga but have been timid of dropping in on a class with higher level people. Bring some comfy clothes and join us for this great 8 week series. There is only room for 12 in the class and we have over 1/2 filled up, so, if you think this would be something for you, please pre-register. You can call or email us with questions.

We also have our drop in yoga and pilates classes which is good for all levels. Yoga is on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:45 and Saturdays from 9:00-10:15. Pilates is on Thursday nights from 6-7. We hope to be adding more classes in the near future, so, if these times don't work for you, please email us to let us know you are interested and we will let you know when we do add more classes.

Tai chi classes are a series as well. There will be a mixed level class starting on Jan 31st on Mondays at 9:30 am-10:45 and Intermedite class on monday evenings from 5:30-6:45, and beginer classes starting on Feb 22nd on tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:45.
