I am very interested in that Big Green Egg. Water makes such a difference in BBQ.

I am picking up my big green egg this week, my BD present, I am excited I've wanted one for a couple of years.

Got it!, I will try some easy stuff for a few days. It was not easy to put together but I a am an admitted spaz, I am the least handy person ever.

First chicken today, smells great but I will keep updating. It takes a little longer to get the indirect temps going, be back soon. 8 lb pork butt next.

I played all weekend and today I graduate. Slow smoked pulled pork with my own rub, 5 hours to go. Chicken, flank steak and burgers were amazing . I am still learning the heat control stuff but so far pretty easy. Toughest thing was the assembly.
