I don't travel often but with all the news lately about bed bugs seemingly everywhere, I have to admit that I am concerned when I do need to travel. In searching the web, I found a site that has some information about natural, herb based, mixtures that they claim will deter the critters. They had recipes rather than selling some product so it looked reasonable but I'm wondering. Do you have any knowledge of this sort of thing and it's effectiveness? They had a spray based on a mix of water and several essential oils which you would presumably spray on your bedding to deter them from biting you plus some sachets based on dried herbs to put in your luggage etc to avoid bringing them home with you.
