I have a 3 story 1600 square foot house that I just listed for sale in Harris Park. I am looking for 1 or 2 people that would like to rent it month to month while it is listed for sale. I want the renter to have limited furniture and no pets. The renter would need to be very flexible with realators to allow for showings. I have been renting this house for $1100.00 a month. With these conditions I'm looking to rent it for $750.00 a month. It is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths with a large deck. I will also need a security deposit of $1000.00.
