To a responsible tenant with good references, I would be willing to offer a 12 month lease at $1500 per month, first and last months rent, and $1200 refundable security deposit. The house is presently sparsely furnished with a few pieces of newer furniture, queen sized bed, dining room table, newer sofa, etc. I would be willing to leave any or all of this furniture at no extra charge. Or I would remove it, whichever you prefer.

The house is about 18 min driving time to Conifer (via Foxton Road). About 45 min from Hampden & Wadsworth.
