2 Room Suite for Rent

The Bailey Lodge is offering short & long-term rentals. The Bailey Lodge has a reputation for being a 'friendly' place to stay, whether for a night or a year, and we're looking for some longer-term residents who will help us maintain this personality.
Rent includes all utilities (heat, water, electricity), cleaning, as well as tv & wi-fi.
All units are two rooms, approx. 435 sq. ft. Units include refrigerator, microwave & coffeepot. Propane grill available outside. These units do not have complete kitchens.
All units have fireplaces, but 'duraflame-type' logs must be used.
Rent: $550 - 800 per month, depending on length of occupancy & amenities provided. Remember, rent includes all utilities, tv & wifi.
