We are excited with the bank allowing us to do this. We would very much like to see the barn taken on and restored. The Yellow Barn and two other historic buildings (Ranch House and Caretakers building) are all likely to appear on the National Register of Historic Places later this year
The lease space has come about due to the Aspen Catering company selling their business. The Grow Your Own store, which has been doing really well, wants to up grade to the larger building (previously Aspen Catering) which leaves the Caretakers building (smaller building on the site) available. With the site being so unique with a rich history and fantastic visibility, we are expecting it to lease out quickly.
