This property is set up with a horse shelter, 1 acre zoned for up to 2 horses, and fenced with electrical tape. Available September 1st. Stays cool in the summer with big pine shade trees. Natural spring creek flows through property. Deer, elk, fox, and occasional bear can be seen. Flying J open space riding is less than 1/4 mile away. Grocery stores, farm store, and local restaurants less than 5 minutes away.
