I am seeking a 2bdr rental, near Conifer, time frame would be best case Aug 2013 - June 2014 but can do year lease from June - June. I am having a tough time finding anything with less than 3/4 bdr for less than $1400 per month - which I can't swing with my budget. I am staying in the area to get my youngest through last year of school at Conifer. I have a dog, a GSD mix - very timid, well behaved, and house trained.
I am seeking perhaps someone that wants/needs to rent out their home while they "winter" in another state and needs someone to keep an eye on their home. Anyone that wants to rent out a MIL (mother in law cottage), OR temporary home share (which has to be a good fit). I've lived in WoW for 5 years now and my current landlord will give an excellent reference. I really would prefer a single family home.
I work from home so would be home a majority of the time.
