My sister and brother-in-law are selling their home in Littleton. They are older now and want a small condo or townhome. The house is near Wadsworth and Coal Mine and sits on 1/3 acre. It is about 1600 sq. ft., ranch style with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The most wonderful asset to note are her gardens. She is a master gardener and has published several books on gardening. Her gardens have been included in many tours through the years. Unfortunately, due to bad knees, she has not been able to maintain her gardens of 1000's of species of plants and flowers the way they should be maintained and she would love to sell the house to someone who wants to make it the show place it can be again.
