Looking for a house to buy in the conifer/Bailey/pine junction area... We have been pre approved for 320,000 but I really don't want to spend more then 250,000/300,000 needs to be at least 3 bedrooms 2 bath with a garage or car port. One of the most important things is the driveway to the house... If it's steep or difficult to drive on in winter it's sort of a deal breaker.
