The apartment that covers the entire upper floor of the country store (now Sasquatch Outpost) will be available for rent October 1.
Details:
Rent: $1200 per month, including utilities - Heating, water and electricity (excluding TV service, alarm service)
The apartment has central gas heating, but also has a wood stove that can be used in the winter. We are working on changing all the windows in the upstairs to double-pane before winter. The attic was re-insulated in 2014.
Conditions for rental: one month security deposit and first month's rent. Must be employed and provide a letter of proof of employment + salary from employer. Pets may be allowed, if agreed upon in advance.
ABSOLUTELY no smoking: tobacco, medical and recreational are all prohibited.
