I own a 1600 sq. ft. home near Pine Junction. I am looking to rent out my walkout basement, which includes a bedroom, living room, and full bathroom. I am a quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoker who strives to live a drama-free life, and I'm looking for the same in a potential roommate. $600/mo. covers rent and all utilities (water, gas, electricity, Internet, DirecTV).
