I have a loft for rent in my home in Shawnee. I’m looking for a single person, no animals and no children/spouse. I only have space for one person – no exceptions. The loft is about 400 square feet and requires use of stairs to access. I’m looking for another young female preferably but I’ll take anyone who fits. The loft is available immediately – furnished with a bed and couch / electric fireplace or non-furnished.
I need at least 2 references to move in and a $200 deposit. Rent is $400 a month and due on the 15th, utilities included. The lease is month to month to protect myself but the last person was there over a year and moved out on their own. Washer/dryer on site. The kitchen and bathroom are mutual space and have both been remodeled and are gorgeous. Home right off 285 for easy commute and backs to Pike National for plenty of hiking.
