Foothills Buyers are Shopping - List Before the Spring Rush

Foothills homeowners — buyers are already moving.

Pending home sales in the foothills are up 39% compared to this time last year.

That means buyers are actively out looking for homes right now, even before the traditional spring market begins.

Inventory has increased slightly to 489 active homes, but this is still well below what we typically see once spring and summer listings start flooding the market.

Here’s why that matters for sellers:

✔ Interest rates have softened slightly
✔ Our mild winter has kept activity going
✔ Seller competition is still relatively low
