I am looking for a housemate who is relatively quiet, and open-minded, as well as self aware and open to working thru any conflicts that may arise (as we know they do when folks live together). 2nd bedroom is 13.5 X 11.5 feet and has lovely views as there are nice windows in the room. Common living room is big and cozy.
My home is 1150 square feet, and has only 1 bathroom so we would share this. It is in a gloriously beautiful area and very accessible to Denver. Should have all-wheel drive in winter, but not completely necessary. I also teach dance classes out of my garage/studio, so this may be a consideration for you.
