Conifer students in grades 6 through 12

We want to know what you think!

Participants will receive a $30 gift card!

The national Firewise Communities Program is looking for twenty Conifer Middle and High School Students to participate in an interactive workshop to learn what you think about wildfire safety.

Your input will help us create educational materials and outreach programs for fire departments, schools, foresters, community groups and families.
This is an opportunity to have a voice and role in the development of valuable resources for teens like you that live in areas with wildfire risks.

We want your thoughts, ideas and opinions so that we can create the best resources for young people and their families. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend!

When: Wednesday, June 20 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Where: Conifer Community Church 9998 South Havekost Road,
Conifer, Colorado 80433

The National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) Firewise Communities program encourages local solutions for wildfire safety by involving homeowners, community leaders, planners, developers, firefighters, and others in the effort to protect people and property from wildfire risks.

The Firewise Communities program is co-sponsored by the USDA Forest Service, the US Department of the Interior, and the National Association of State Foresters.
