SUMMER ADVENTURE CAMP held at Beaver Ranch Community Center in Conifer & Wulf Recreation Center in Evergreen.

All kids want to have fun… especially in the summertime! Summer Adventure Camp offers just that, lots of FUN… offering participants with a wide variety of age appropriate activities to choose from including active & passive games, sports, arts & crafts, open swimming, field trips, educational guest speakers and much more! Staff Ratio 1:15.

Parents this quality state-licensed camp provides you with the flexibility to pick as many days needed for your child’s care. Care is offered Monday through Friday throughout the summer. Please note this very popular camp fills up each week, so to reserve your child’s space each week pre-registration and payments are required.

*Swimming lessons will also be available to sign up for an additional cost to develop/advance your child’s swimming skills. Please note that open swimming should not be considered swimming lessons.

Registration Information
No camp Friday, July 4. Payments are to be made the Monday prior to the week attending avoid late fees. Late fees will be charged at $5.00 per day per family. To be officially registered for camp, you must complete and turn in the full registration packet. For Preschool Adventure Camp, Summer Adventure Camp, Special Needs Adventure Camp, Outdoor Adventure, and Leader In Training this includes: 2014 Camp Application, Immunization Record, and Supplemental Health Statement for Preschool Adventure Camp and Special Needs Adventure Camp participants. Rates are per child, per day.

Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp and Before and After School Program must have on file the following information:
1. Emergency & Permission Forms
2. Health Record, including immunization records

Staff/Licensing
1:15-staff/participant ratio. Special needs counselor/child ratio depends on the needs of the child. Colorado State Day Camp Licensed. Safe environment supervised by experienced recreation professionals.

General Information
This program is in operation Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Snacks are provided in the afternoon. For full day camps, bring a lunch and drink each day, as well as non-scuffing tennis shoes for use in the gym, and appropriate outdoor clothing. For specific activity information, see calendars and parent check list from the pdf forms above.

Medical paperwork is mandatory if your child requires medication. Drop-in care for the Preschool Adventure Camp and Summer Adventure Camp programs are only available with the approval of the Children’s Program Supervisor. Children will be registered upon receipt of the required forms and fees (see above) unless notified.

No Refunds, Credits, or Transfers. Late pick up charge for Preschool Adventure Camp and Summer Adventure Camp after 6 PM is $10.00 for 1-15 minutes late and another $10.00 for 15-30 minutes late. EPRD accepts these methods of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What to Bring
Children need to bring a sack lunch, drink, and a water bottle. Please wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
