Being a teen is hard enough. But being a teen who lost a loved one or friend can be especially confusing and painful, making the adolescent years that much harder.
On Sunday, November 13, Mount Evans Hospice will offer a special experience for bereaved youth ages 11-18 who are coping with grief and loss. This fun afternoon will include a scavenger hunt in Elk Meadow, snacks, sharing and group activities. Grief counselors from Mount Evans will oversee the program, which will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Mount Evans offices, 3081 Bergen Peak Dr., Evergreen.
There is no charge for this program. For more information and to register, call Mount Evans at 303-674-6400 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
