2020 Summer Camps at Dinosaur Ridge

June 1-5 | Theme: Fossils & Fun | Age Group: 6-10
This camp is the perfect opportunity for future paleontologists, outdoor enthusiasts, and animal lovers to do science in a whole new way.

June 8-12 | Theme: Nature Trekkers | Age Group: 6-10
This camp is a discovery of the outdoor skills geologists, paleontologists, and naturalists use to fully explore our unique backyard.

June 15-19 | Theme: Rock Stars | Age Group: 11-13
This camp is for older kids that want to dive deeper into the sciences behind fossil and mineral collection, paleo-art, and outdoor leadership.

June 22-26 | Theme: Junior Scientist | Age Group: 8-11
This camp is for every kid who dreams of telescopes, fossil digs, contraptions, and messy science all in one amazing week! Members & Previous Campers can register today.

July 6-10 | Theme: Fossils & Fun | Age Group: 6-10

This is a great camp for kids that want to go in-depth with projects and expand their knowledge in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

July 27-31 | Theme: Junior Scientist | Age Group: 8-11
This camp is for every kid who dreams of telescopes, fossil digs, contraptions, and messy science all in one amazing week!

August 3-7 | Theme: Fossils & Fun | Age Group: 6-10

2020 Winter & Spring Break Day Camps
January 20th: Junior Scientists
During this day camp program, campers will learn how to identify fossils by examining clues in real and replica specimens, and then put their knowledge to the test exploring the fossil sites of Dinosaur Ridge! Campers will tap into their creative side to build their own dinosaur, and then stump their friends by turning their creation into a prehistoric puzzle needing to be solved! We’ll wrap the day up by studying different micro-fossils, rocks, and minerals with microscopes. A fun day of science and adventure await and spots are still available! • *Post-camp program available from 3-4pm for $10
• $70 per day
