They are having some technical issues that will hopefully be resolved shortly. From JPS:
We have discovered a common issue that is impacting numerous families as they are trying to log into EnrollJeffco. This could occur because there were multiple Jeffco Connect accounts that need to be resolved or because multiple parent/guardian accounts (eg. mother and father) are using the same email address.
We are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it. We will provide additional information and updates as we have them.
Due to voicemail box capacity, please do not call our support line or submit a ticket for this issue.
