On PC I would paste this:

highlight it and click Img and the image is imbeded in my post. How does it work here? If it matters the pic is posted at Picassa 3.

I doubt that would work on their site too. It looks like embedding code. We need to find the image url.

I could not find it. Can I ask where that came from? Do you just have a url I could look at.

I found the album I don't know which pic it is. If you can find the pic going to your album and click on it, give us the url in your address bar or post that with the img tags it might work. Or alternatively, we may have to find a different url.

If you right click on an image you can usually get the url from there.
