A Father's Day observer

Colorado Fireworks. I left the shutter open and held a black coffee can lid over the lens between airbursts. I would count off from when I heard the launch 'crump" and then raised the lid to expose just part or all of an airburst. I could get 3-4 airbursts in one shot before the whole shot became too over exposed.





This one looked like an Indian with head dress looking right.


I call this one Columbine in the Sky
