Child abduction, police looking for 2005 white Ford Focus temp tags, 29yo hispanic male and 9mo female infant, if seen call 911
Amber Alert Issued For 9-Month-Old Girl
Police said the infant, Naveah Lopez, was taken at about 7:30 p.m. in the 3800 block of South Grove Street when a man drove off with the baby in a 2005 white Ford Focus belonging to the child's mother. The Ford has a temporary license tag.
Police identified the abductor as 29-year-old Peter Madrid, an acquaintance of the mother.
