US 285 Open

Per CDOT:
Northbound US 285 closed just north of Fairplay because of accident. Traffic alternating in southbound lane.

NB US 285 near Fairplay now open following accident cleanup.

The highway signs and cotrip.org say it's still closed since 12:55 p.m.

Closed because of adverse conditions. No estimated time of reopening. Road closure began March 3rd, 2012 at 12:55pm.

C-DOT confirms Hwy 285 is still closed between Fairplay and Kenosha Pass due to high wind, blowing snow.
