* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 5 PERCENT.
* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS...LOW HUMIDITIES...AND RECORD HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL CAUSE RAPID FIRE GROWTH OR EXTREME FIRE
BEHAVIOR OF ANY FIRES THAT START.
