I-70 Now Open Near Glenwood Springs

Per CDOT:

Eastbound I-70 now open West of Dotsero; Westbound I-70 remains closed during continuing police activity; Estimated to remain closed up to six hours. Westbound motorists can use SH 131 at Wolcott, SH 9, and US 40 as alternate routes.
