STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
EVERGREEN...MORRISON...CONIFER...TINY TOWN...INDIAN HILLS AND ASPEN
PARK.
RAIN GAUGES AND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 0.50 TO 1.5 INCHES OF
RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER WEST CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTY WITH THIS STORM.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF

FURTHER SOUTH OF DENVER ACROSS JEFFERSON AND DOUGLAS COUNTIES.
EXPECT BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS TO 35 MPH
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. RAINFALL RATES WILL BE UP TO A HALF INCH
OF RAIN IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS. DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND
