EFR on scene of a man and dog fallen into pond near Broadmoor Dr. Man is safely out of the water. Working on getting the dog to shore.

Good news! EFR was able to get the dog out of the water. Both owner and dog are safe - just wet and cold.

Today's rescue: dog's owner helped via standing up & rope. EFR went for dog, gave it flotation device & dog swam back with it in mouth.
