Elk Creek Fire responding. RP couldn't tell if it was power line or telephone line, but possible sparks on roadway.

A technician from IREA is on the way, but the power line is dead now. Multiple cars have driven over it, it's no longer sparking.

Final update: the fire crews cleared the scene some time ago and power was restored to the area where it had been lost.
