Severe Thunderstorm Potential

Word from SPC is that we may get a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Foothills and adjacent plains soon. Thunderstorms will be developing through the afternoon in the mountain areas, and spreading on to the plains. For the Foothill communities: Brief heavy rain and strong gusty wind up to 35 mph possible as the storms pass. I'm in the Weather Center, monitoring. Stay with us for updates.
