Evergreen High School on lockdown due to threat

Buffalo Park Rd and Olive Dr are closed. Emergency personnel are at the school.

JeffCo Public Schools are telling parents not to come to the school at this time.

Law enforcement and JeffCo security are responding.

Just heard that they believe they have the suspect in custody, but it will take some time to clear the rest of the school.

They will be doing a modified release of students starting shortly.

The situation at Evergreen HS has been resolved. School will resume normal operations as law enforcement completes their investigation.

KOSI radio is reporting Douglas County schools are on lockout right now. :(

Glad all this turned our ok the cops were really moving down 74 past the store.

Many parents talking about what there kids were telling them had to go through.

Prayers to all and hug your kids tonight and thank goodness that it was reported so that they could deal with it.

Let's hope for a quiet New Year.
