In the Conifer area, heavy snow load on the lines is contributing to outages in Conifer Mountain, Willow Springs, Willow Brook, and Ken Caryl North Ranch.

Update 1:09 p.m.:

The severe weather has caused scattered outages across our service territory. Due to the nature and severity of the storm, it is not possible to determine when power will be restored to all customers. Road conditions and poor visibility are making it more difficult for crews to reach areas impacted by outages. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and please know that we will restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

Local authorities are strongly discouraging going out on the roads until conditions approve. However, if you do go out, avoid any downed lines or poles. Always assume that lines are energized. We will continue to provide updates here on our website, and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

To report an outage in your area, please call 844-IREA-FIX.
