Platte Canyon Fire Protection District Burn Ban Now Rescinded

As of Sunday July 10th, Platte Canyon Fire Protection District is in a Burn Ban until further notice.

All of Park County is under a Burn Ban


The USFS Pike & San Isabel National Forests are also under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions.

Per Platte Canyon Fire Protection District:

As of Noon Today, the Platte Canyon Fire Protection District Burn Ban has been lifted until further notice.

The Burn Ban for the rest of Park County remains in effect until otherwise noted.

Sorry this makes not sense to me I know I am not the sharpest tool in the shed but I doubt all those folks coming up from Denver are either.
