As of Sunday July 10th, Platte Canyon Fire Protection District is in a Burn Ban until further notice.

Per Platte Canyon Fire Protection District:

As of Noon Today, the Platte Canyon Fire Protection District Burn Ban has been lifted until further notice.


The Burn Ban for the rest of Park County remains in effect until otherwise noted.

Fire Ban Rescinded for Park County

No current county-wide Fire Ban for Park County at this time. Please use caution and be aware of extreme fire conditions.

County residents please call (719) 836-4160 to determine if your fire district is in a burn ban.
