Overnight Closure of County Road 73 Planned, August 11-12, 7pm-7am

Jefferson County Road & Bridge is planning an overnight closure of County Road 73, approximately a half mile south of Brook Forest Road. The closure is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11 and run through 7 a.m. on Aug. 12.

The closure is to remove and replace a failing storm water culvert. Two detour routes have been developed, one for automobile traffic and one for tractor trailer traffic. Flaggers will be placed at detours to ensure tractor trailer traffic takes the correct detour route.
