Elk Creek Fire responding to lightning strike/smoke investigation off of Jennings Rd. Two reporting parties state they see flames.

Firefighters seeing visible smoke, but haven't confirmed flames. Inter-Canyon is taking over, Elk Creek Fire standing down.
