Both Elk Creek Fire and Evergreen Fire are responding to smoke check calls. Smoke is visible as a haze but no fire has been located. There are reports of an active burn in the Beaver Creek area, investigation continues.

We believe the smoke is blowing into our district from the Lost Solar Fire in Meeker, CO about 150 miles away. No hazards in our community
