Chain and Traction Law: CO 9 Hoosier Pass (MM 73-86) CMV required to have chains. Passenger traction law in effect.

TRACTION LAW- US 6 Loveland Pass. Passenger vehicles required to have snow or mud/snow tires, use chains/alternative traction devices or be a 4WD/AWD vehicle.

LIFTED- Chain Law NB/SB US 285 between Pine Junction and Morrison.

Still in effect: Chain Law at Kenosha Pass
US 285 Southbound / Northbound Kenosha Pass (Milemarker 202-228)
Chains or alternative traction devices (ATDs) required for all CMV, including buses and vans of 16+ capacity. Passenger vehicles are required to have snow or mud/snow tires, use chains/alternative traction devices, or a 4WD/AWD

US-285 Kenosha Pass chain law and traction law have been lifted.

LIFTED- Traction Law US 6 Loveland Pass.
