NWS Seasonal 3 Month Outlook: August - September - October 2018

The 3 month outlook, extending from August through October for northeast Colorado, calls for the likelihood of above average temperatures across the region through the end of summer and into early fall. The outlook for three month precipitation indicates a continued bias toward a higher probability of above normal precipitation across western Colorado, Central Rockies and 4 Corners region. The chances for precipitation are equal around the seasonal average for the eastern plains of Colorado along with the northern and central US plains.
