Not quite enough reach to get water on the flames-looks like the guys on foot are going to have to fight it the old-fashioned way. One of the firefighters on scene described wild land firefighting as “high speed gardening.”

EFR was able to help Clear Creek Fire this afternoon on a small wildfire off Hwy 6. EFR has been released as the fire has been contained and in mop-up.
