I-70 EB Closed at MM 255, left lane WB closed due to accident

Accident in median on I-70 at mile marker 255.5. All lanes closed eastbound and left lane closed westbound. Detour for eastbound traffic is Highway 40.

Can the people who post these please give a a name reference to where this is? We don't always have our MM chart in front of us. Where is this located? Thanks

The backups eastbound extend back to Evergreen Pkwy, not seeing any in the webcam views westbound, but they may be forming out of sight around the corner from Lookout Mountain. Please use caution going by.

I-70 EB: Safety closure at Exit 253 - Chief Hosa (3m W of Mount Vernon Canyon). All traffic must exit at Genesee MM 253. Alternate routes advised are Exit 244 US 6 Clear Creek Canyon or Exit 251 CO 74 Evergreen Parkway.

I-70 eastbound has reopened at highway 6 (mm 244), but traffic is still backed up to exit 241, Idaho Springs. It’ll take a little while to clear.
