Pile Burning in Pike National Forest February 6

The US Forest Service, Pike National Forest, South Platte Ranger District is planning on starting ignitions this morning burning piles on the Scraggy Springs Piles depending on conditions.

Please see attached map for exact location of unit.

Test fire should start around 1100 hrs.

Smoke maybe visible throughout the day in the area.

The #LKGeoRx is planning to burn slash piles again today at the Echo-Beaver Rx project area south of the Beaver and Echo subdivisions.

We will be pile burning at 251 Tincup Terrace in the Deer Creek Valley Ranchos today February 6th 2019.
