SEMI FIRE - Eastbound Interstate 70 in Georgetown (exit 228), affecting both directions of travel. All traffic being taken off the highway at the exits and sent back up the on-ramps while crews fight the fire & @coloradodot examines the overpass. No ETA

SEMI FIRE #2 - Westbound I-70 in Silverthorne (mp 204). Heavy traffic in the area. May experience traffic holds westbound at the Eisenhower Tunnel.

Load of flooring materials still burning. All lanes open westbound. Still taking all eastbound traffic off. This will be an extended incident. S1

Eastbound traffic reported to be backed up 6 miles. There are no alternate routes.

This would be a good time for eastbound travelers to visit Frisco, Dillon & Silverthorne. S1
