Severe Thunderstorms Across the Foothills Possible This Afternoon

UPDATE - My Mountain Town Weather:
The Storm Prediction Center is analyzing the potential for severe thunderstorms across the foothills and the Denver metro area this afternoon. Storms with damaging wind, hail and heavy rainfall will be possible. The area of concern is inside the blue squiggly lines. We'll keep you posted on the potential of severe weather through the afternoon.

The National Weather Service has just upgraded Jefferson County, and counties immediately north, south and east, to a Severe Thunderstorm Watch.
