Update to suspicious device: bomb technicians have determined device to be safe. CodeRed is being lifted for shelter in place and emergency vehicles are now clearing the scene.

Jeffco Sheriff: Final update for suspicious device: device believed to be a homemade measuring tool to measure water flow of a sprinkler or irrigation system. It was a pipe with batteries inside and wires coming out of the pipe. Video credited to Deputy DeNuzzi.
